|
|
sunywood offers a full range of rich colors to consider when planning your own deck - making your design options truly limitless. Mix and match colors to create unique patterns and color combinations all your own.
Thanks to the unique compression molding process, the color can be truly even and consistent. It looks great year after year. And no need to spend hours staining or repairing; Comparing with the traditional WPC, Sunny Wood will be, truly natural ,kindness, no painting, no staining, no rotting and no termites, easy installation, excellent fire-resistance. The enjoyment of a Sunny Wood deck can be truly lasting。
Our unique process uses a variety of cellulose materials, wood flour and plastic resin. The result is that a product is more consistent, more naturally beautiful and higher quality than composites that use other materials.
sunywood utilizes precise color measurement systems to ensure tight color tolerances are maintained to minimize color variation. sunywood decks provide a consistently beautiful colored surface without color patches, from board to board and truck to truck.
Ultraviolet protection additives reduce the harmful fading effects of the sun. With UV inhibitors and brushed surface, chromatic aberration will be minimal between new and weathered sunywood decks.
sunywood uses highly reflective, inorganic color pigments to minimize the absorption of the sun's energy. Even in the midday, sunywood decks will minimize heat buildup, providing a comfortable deck surface. |

Learn more about sunywood's natural weathering process
natural weathering
Because of its wood content, natural color shifts do occur in sunywood products. Twelve to sixteen weeks of exposure to sunlight and rain are typically required for sunywood to achieve its faded color. This process is completely harmless to sunywood products and does not affect their durability.
The "after weathering" color of sunywood may be different from the colors shown in the sunywood Color Palette guide. There may also be color variation between boards. This is normal and gives sunywood its distinctive look and character.
The weathering process may be accelerated in dry areas by periodically wetting down the deck using a garden hose.
